Elevated webhook delivery latency
A queue backlog delayed webhook delivery by up to 4 minutes for ~25 minutes. No events were lost; delivery caught up automatically. We added headroom to the delivery workers and an alert on queue depth.

Audit export lag to one SIEM region
OCSF export to the eu-central sink lagged by up to 12 minutes over a two-day window due to an upstream throttle. The action log itself was never affected and all events were delivered. We moved to adaptive batching.
